I was very pleased with the location and ease of parking. The fact that they had an indoor pool was extremely helpful due to the fact that I was traveling with my kids. Way to chill out from long drive! You didn't have to worry about bringing room towels to pool because they had separate pool towels. Was a small pool, but still, indoor pool so points there. Beds were VERY comfortable and I selected the room with extra sofa bed so my teen son can have his own little section. Wasn't too loud with 75 being there, and we were able to simply walk to a couple different restaurants. IF I had time, I'd walk around to the other shops. REALLY cool area! Lastly, the staff goes way over and above helpful! EVERY person I came in contact with were SO pleasant and helpful. Can't rave enough about this facility! Totally recommend this hotel for sure.

We were heading home from vacay in Mrytle Beach SC, between congestion in traffic, accidents and road construction we had to make a stop for one last nite at this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and comfy. Great area to run and pick up last min items. Excellent staff. Very, very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was not like other hotels we had stayed at. The staff here were dressed professionally and talked professionally. All around one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Breakfast was also very delicious and just perfect for our drive back home to MO. Not too heavy and not so little where we would need to make a stop just down the road to fill our tummies.

Excellent Location! Within walking distance or short drive to so much shopping, dining, entertainment, etc! We loved the complimentary, hot breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms (those bed pillows are heavenly!) and stylish decor. Staff was wonderful throughout entire stay!

Great stay and location. My partner and I came to Knoxville for a class reunion and the hotel was around a lot of nice activities. The lobby was nice, breakfast was pretty good and the room was spacious.
